Sikkim

Sikkim lies in the foothills of the Himalayas between Nepal and Bhutan. It was absorbed into India in the 1970s, but is culturally Buddhist, the Buddhism originated from Tibet. The people are friendly and exhibit the inner peace typical of Buddhists.
